We offer to provide detailed digital designs and full visualizations of your design ideas and can provide this in a virtual world!

Project Management & Contract Administration

Throughout the project, we offer ongoing design and project management assistance, providing input on design and product choices. We help manage the timing of obtaining various products and fittings and offer our opinions on any decisions you need to make. We also assist in preparing contract documents based on the specific scheme.

Cost Consultants

We provide cost advice, helping you choose the right contractor based on your budget and requirements, and continue to monitor budgets throughout the project, keeping you informed.

Surveying

Should it be required, we can undertake or organise for a measured building survey before the project begins to create accurate floor plans and elevations for onward use within your project.

Teamwork

We can also bring a wide range of independent consultants to your project, including RIBA Chartered Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Party Wall Surveyors, and Building Control Inspectors

WORKING TOGETHER

We provide our clients with confidence and transparency throughout our appointment. We quote fixed fees for defined tasks, enabling clients to plan their budgets from the moment you instruct us. We’ll act as the lead consultant on projects, guiding you from concept to delivery.

Our initial appointment typically involves preparing design ideas for discussion and agreement. We produce drawings and designs, advise over the planning application requirements, before managing the submission process. We’ll help build the wider team and prepare detailed designs, coordinate information with other consultants, before organising the tender process and getting you ready for the start of building works knowing how much it will cost and how to budget.

We can also project manage the contract work, acting as your independent Contract Administrator and guiding you through the necessary statutory processes to ensure the project is built legally and to the required standards. We will provide your regular budget updates helping you keep track of finances and supporting the team deliver the project to a timely conclusion.
